I have designed these groups because I believe that it is important for one to be part of a community of people with common interests. I have seen and experienced a unique way of healing take place amongst others who share a common bond. Therapist facilitated ongoing group therapy for anyone 18+ years of age. This group is not structured. Instead, it is an opportunity to see how the group dynamic will naturally unfold. Certain rules will apply to maintain a safe and healing environment for open expresssion of thoughts and feelings.
