• I do not currently accept insurance.
• My fee for individuals, couples, or adolescent/family therapy is $75 per 50 minute session.
• Initial phone or office consultation is free (30 minute limit).
• Ongoing weekly group therapy sessions are always free.
• Ongoing therapy sessions are usually recommended on a weekly or bi/monthly basis for a minimum of ten to twelve sessions in order to gain lasting benefit. If you choose to you may prefer to rotate individual sesions with group therapy. We will work on a treatment plan together so that you may decide what works best for you.

• Reduced rate: $50 per 50-minute counseling session depending upon your reported rate of annual gross income and number of dependents.
• Proof of income is required for the reduced rate of service and is based upon a 1040 or 1040 EZ (year 2009) IRS tax form.
• If you don't feel comfortable sharing proof of income then the typical rate of $75 per 50 minute counseling session will apply.

• Cash, checks, travelers checks, cahier's checks, and money orders are all accepted for payment in person and are due at the end of the therapy session.
• All major credit cards accepted through Paypal and payment is due within 24 hours. No future appointments may be scheduled until payment for the previous session is paid in full prior to the next scheduled appointment time.
• If more than 3 consecutive payments are paid late (more five days after service was rendered), pre-payment for all future services will then be required.
• Online Skype video conferencing appointments are paid at the beginning of the session unless taking advantage of your free intial half hour consultation due to the anonymity involved in online counseling.
• New sessions cannot be scheduled unless payment for the prior session has been made unless an agreement for extended payment has been arranged with therapist.

Cancellation policy

• If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 12 hours in advance, you will be billed for the full cost of the session.
• New counseling sessions cannot be scheduled unless payment for the "no-show" or late cancellation has been made beforehand. To cancel or reschedule a follow-up appointment please call or click here.
